All our rates are in British pounds and are inclusive of VAT

Please note that in the case of guest cancellation it is only possible to make a refund in the event we are able to re-sell your booked dates

We recommend you make use of appropriate holiday insurance

Extra guests & supplements

All our quoted rates are fully inclusive of VAT, utilities, linens, household consumables, wood for fire, BBQ gas, etc. We also provide two cots for babies at no additional charge

At Upcott, several of the bedrooms are large enough to comfortably accommodate an extra bed suitable for a younger child. We can supply two good-quality folding beds (a £50 supplement applies per extra bed). Older children should be accounted for in the 12-adult bed spaces

Very occasionally we accept a pet - strictly by prior agreement (a £50 cleaning supplement applies)

What's new for 2012
Upcott: We have created a large paved terrace with stunning seaviews. When complete (spring 2012), it will feature a lovely al fresco dining area, BBQ, subtle lighting and access to the main living area via new french doors to the side of the building.

Gallery: We have updated the outside area with a new BBQ and seating. Can now be booked in conjunction with the Gospel Hall.

Gospel Hall: We can now set up the dining area to seat up to 12 when booking the side-by-side Gallery and Gospel Hall together, ideal if your chosen dates at Upcott are booked.
