Upcott has all space and feel of an historical coastal property plus all the modern fittings and furnishings you would expect in a luxury self-catering holiday house

The lounge is large and airy and furnished with comfortable leather chairs and sofas. The room is south facing with sea views and also provides access onto the veranda. With the addition of the wood-burning stove, wide-screen LCD TV, surround sound hi-fi and wooden floors, this room was designed with relaxation in mind

The dining area contains an extendable oak dining table for up to 12 people and a separate round dining table. Our padded leather chairs and subtle lighting will complement that special dinner

There is also a separate TV room, complete with wide-screen LCD TV, DVD & movies, baby grand piano and an assortment of indoor and outdoor games. It too has leather chairs and sofa and is great for adults and kids alike

The hall and landing show off the grand propertions of the house, with mahogany banisters, reclaimed chandeliers and Crucial Trading carpets and runners

The kitchen is designed with large self-catering groups in mind. It features granite worktops, double ovens, gas hob, dishwasher and an American-style fridge freezer with ice maker and filtered water dispenser. A wide range of catering equipment is available for use

Adjoining the kitchen is a separate utility room offering additional refrigeration and washing up facilities, along with a large-capacity washing machine, sheila's maid and tumble dryer
