Built in the late 17th century, the Gospel Hall is one of Beer's most historic buildings. Unused for many years, we have restored this lovely old building and created within a stunning new three-bedroom holiday home
The location couldn't be better. A stone's throw from the cafes and shops of Beer village yet situated down a private lane, where you can enjoy the peace and tranquillity that a top-spec conversion can provide
The Hall is finished to the same high standard as our other properties, with three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, a cloakroom/utility and an extraordinary living area that will take your breath away. Underfloor heating will keep you toasty in winter and the high ceilings and beautiful stonework keep it cool and airy in the summer. Ample parking is available in the village car park
